Job Title: Office Assistant

Robert Half is proud to be recruiting for a dynamic Office Assistant for our esteemed client, a well-respected Facilities Management Company, based in DTLA. Our client is eagerly searching for an adaptive, proficient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while making a difference!

Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively scheduling and coordinating conference room bookings.

• Efficiently managing the processing of invoices.

• Participating and contributing to special projects.

• Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.

  Requirements

Requirement:

• Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience in similar roles.

An attractive compensation package of $20 - $23 per hour, dependent upon experience. This role takes place on-site with opportunities for growth and skills enhancement.
